Bainbridge could pay more for Hawksmoor Way
Bainbridge trustees agreed to accept $70,000 to settle its lawsuit against Hawksmoor developer, Bainbridge Partners, LLC and its insurer, Hannover Insurance. The settlement is a drop in the bucket compared to approximately $500,000 spent by the township thus far in repairs to the upper portion of Hawksmoor Way road.
