Science fair practical application ideas?

My project is due soon, and I have my application left to do. I already have some ideas, I just have problems writing them down.

My project is easy to find applications for, but I can’t think right now because I’m really stressed…I had my old procedure typed, and I had to add/alter about 20 steps. Microsoft Word closed because of an error report, and then it didn’t recover the document…I’m pretty much about to have a meltdown, because I spent about an hour and a half correcting my procedure. So now my brain doesn’t work.

Anyways, my question is:
What are the effects of Roundup® Weed & Grass Killer used an aquatic herbicide to prevent weeds on the succession of plant and microorganism life within a pond?

And my results were that it greatly decreased the microorganism population, but had no visible effects on the plants. It probably would have affected the plants if I could have continued my experiment over a longer period of time.
